当你发布CrossFit Health， 我第一眼看到上面的博客时，我就想Greg会不会冒犯到这些医学从业者？因为他认为这些医生并不能对应席卷而来的疾病狂潮。对此，他们有任何的回应吗？

Coach Glassman：没有， 至少我不知道，也许我对批评和指责，本身就不够敏感吧。就算是他们其中大多数人都感觉被冒犯了，那又怎么样？！我不在乎！

因为据我所知，大家面前有一个巨大的烂摊子，大量的腐败，死亡都聚集于此。都放开眼看看吧，这就是咱们公共医疗系统的现状，它庞大而复杂，里面所有的人，都无一例外地参与了大规模的贪腐和虚假的科研。除了钱，一切能出错的地方，都出错了。




这就是问题所在之处吗？

因为所有人都在追逐利益？

Coach Glassman：“唯利是图”本身就是学术派科学方法论危机带来的并发症，它最世俗的体现方式，存在于科学届的复制危机中。因为复制危机，我们发现很多领域跟科学研究都是疑点重重，尤其是医学届中的肿瘤研究，成为了重灾区。




我认为，后现代科学的畸变，是在以培根归纳法为根基的现代科学基础上的倒退，是大学学术界的灾难。它创造出了以“共识”为基础的科学，而不是以“事实论证”，或基于“事实论证”的推测，作为衡量真理的科学理论。从而我们就有了共识性科学，一个孕育大规模腐败的温床。

当我们不再去追寻事实论证，而是以投票方式来寻找共识点，并称之为科学的时候，就代表了我们对真理的抛弃（真理是指以事实为基础，并非随机所推测出的理论）。

这本身就是腐败的表现，像William Kramer和NSCA所从事的活动都是这种腐败的一个子集。为了“共识”所带来的便捷和利益，而放弃追求以事实论证为基础的真理，本身就是从根基上有缺陷的，其带来的原罪般的结果是毁灭性的。

所以我敢说这个烂摊子是共识性科学带来的自然且不可避免的结果。在我看来，这就是当代医学科学病入膏肓的问题。
